Hi,

I am running EASE 5 SE in Windows 11 through Parallels Desktop v19.
I am also using a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse.

When I am pressing "Shift+Scroll" to toggle between faces, nothing happens. I have checked that horizontal scroll (which normally is activated using the same set of keyboard/scroll combination) works in other applications like MS Excel and web webbrowsers.

I discovered that "Shift+Scrolling with the trackpad" is working in EASE, but for some reason it does not work when I am using the mouse.

I have tried ALL thinkable combinations of holding other keys in at the same time. I have checked every setting in Windows, MacOS, Parallels Desktop, Logi Options, but no luck finding a solution so far.

Does anyone know a solution for this problem or has any ideas for what I could try?

Same here. Would love for this bug to be updated/fixed.

I got an answer from support:
"Unfortunately, this is an issue under some IOS and general Mac Versions.
As a workaround, to select Faces below others you can also use the Page Up and Page Down keys. That should also work under Parallels."

I then found out that you can map page up/down to the "forward" and "back" buttons beneath the thumb wheel on the Logitech MX Master 3. It is also possible to map the functions to be app specific to work like this just in Parallels so they work as normal in Mac OS.

Regarding Ivan's post: This also works on other Logitech Mice. I am using the Triathlon 720.

Just a couple notes:
1) by adding Parallels specific buttons it doesn't screw up normal Mac apps like Excel, etc.
2) You need to use the Fn key (bottom left on MacBook keyboard) with the up or down arrows to get this programmed in the Logi+ options app.
So "Fn+Up Arrow" or "Fn+Down Arrow"

Shift+2-finger scroll on an actual Apple Mouse and Apple trackpads works, but it's VERY touchy. I don't think there is way to get Shift+Mouse wheel to work on any 3rd party mice. (I tried several)

Personally, I actually like the up/down buttons better than the wheel as it's more precise.

I put together a screenshot with notes, but doesn't look like I can upload a graphic.
