			 | I just want to tell everyone what a great experience I just had with SDA.
 
 
I had to reformat on of my harddrives which was running EASERA.  After trying to do everything as per the manual I pressed the reformat button hoping that it would be back up and running within a couple of days.  I emailed my details back to SDA and within a day i had a reply and within 2 emails I'm back up and running.  Once again SDA has proven outstanding service for the users of its product.
