This means:
- No off-topic posts.
- No one-liner replies like "That's nice.". Make it at least two lines.

3. Outside Links.
- Links to images on your own web-sites only allowed if they are relevant.
- No images in signatures.
- No advertisements or commercials, except for a simple link as part of your signature.
