| In EASE 5-FE a DWG import is provided instead. If you use SketchUp for your 3D drawings, just export the model from SketchUp as DWG file. |

| Frank,
DWG import/export in sketchup is available for subscription version only.
The free only able to do SKP.
And why it's eliminated in newest version ?
IMHO and FYI SKP also now more popular nowadays among architect as well.
Please keep the SKP import/export feature available.
Thank you |

| The DWG Format is a standardized and one of the most widely adopted format.
It's supported natively by several programs an non-natively by many others.
That's why decided to support DWG first. Also it avoids compatibility problems, which often occured between former SKP versions. |

You can open your skp with SktetchUp Online (https://app.sketchup.com/app?hl=es) and then export it to dwg.
Anyway, I agree with you, having removed the skp import is a serious mistake. I hope they implement it again...[/url] |

| No SketchUp import? Wow. It's like a downgrade. Sad to hear. Hope it will be adapted again. |

| I would like to add that since version 5.52, tags created in SketchUp are now also imported into EASE 5-FE and saved as Selection Sets. |
