I don't remember that i got any errors during installation. It seems that except the EASE Guard nothing is working properly. What should i do? By the way, we have two licenses. One of them was bought in this year. For the new version 5 you gave free for two years, should i get in touch with our reseller in our country or just mail to you? Thanks for helping. Just re-install the EASE program but not the data and the EASE Guard.
