I would expect slight variations; however, currently I see almost a 125% difference just at 500Hz (0.2 secs vs 0.9 secs). The Sabine numbers appear to be accurate as I also did a quick calculation by hand and got similar results. What could be wrong with the model or ray tracing calculations that could lead to this? If needed, I can send the current EASE model.
