DXF export unresponsive

Hi!

I'm trying to export a DXF from an EASE model but there is no apparent output file in the target folder. Exporting an SKP file works fine. The model is fully closed with no holes.

I've tried changing various output parameters but still nothing is exported, there are no errors / warnings.

Any clues welcomed!

Thanks
Chris

Hi ChrisH,
first try to open an EASE example file, like Church1. If the DXF export does not work with this file, we have to look for any support file (dll or exe) which may be in quarantaine of your anti virus software?
Send the Status Report to support@afmg.eu then.
If the example works, but your model does not work, please send the packed EASE model.

4 years later and having had the same problem I googled a solution, only to come back to my original post! Anyway, I finally figured out that the problem is with objects. Deleting all objects (not their contents of course) seems to allow a smooth export to DXF.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the update. It would be good to see the EASE project so that we could investigate the problem. Please send it to us at support(at)afmg.eu.
