| Hello,
Make sure the Faces of your cupola are not inverted (Yellow side must face towards the room inside). Also check if the Two-Fold Face box is unchecked in the Face properties.
Also, you must remove the bottom Face of it and make the contour so that the cupola volume is part of the room volume.
BTW, these Faces in the middle of the room were supposed to be the Audience? If yes, insert Audience Areas instead of Faces.
HTH,
Pedro |

| Hi,
make sure the lowest vertices of your cupola are part of the plane ceiling.
I think, you have to erase the plane ceiling and make it new, including the lowest vertices of the cupola.
BTW, if these Faces in the middle of the room were supposed to be the Audience, give them the properties (alfa, scattering coeff) of the audience. Sometimes it is even better to make a box for the audience (ca. 0.6 m high for sitting, ca. 0,8 m for upright standing and I'd suppose ca. 0,3 m for kneeling people), all faces with the properties of the audience. The EASE-audience-area floats above this face/box.
kind regards

| Dear Pedro,
I unchecked the two-fold box of the cupola face but when I wanted to check data, I encountered with Hole error. |

| Dear Thomas,
The lowest vertices of my cupola are equal to the ceiling height. |

| Hi Mohammad,
Please check the "Finding and Fixing Holes" section of the EASE Tutorial (http://www.afmg-support.eu/SoftwareDownloadBase/EASE/EASE_4.3_Tutorial_English.pdf) for more info on how to find and close holes.
EASE will always expect the same things from you. These are exposed in that section (I believe you already read the tutorial a few times? ). What Thomas mentioned above about the vertices is one of the drawing errors you might find. All neighbor Faces must share the same vertices. And since you cannot open a hole to insert your cupola, you will have to split the ceiling Face in order to surround your cupola base.
HTH,
Pedro |
