Hi, during a system fault and bluescreen i had to recover my system.
Now the system works again but systune doesn´t work.
For the first time Systune starts up but than a message pop up contents:
EASERA Systune is not licensed and will now exit.

I looked to my harddrive and found some license files like EASERA SysTune.Licencing.dll but the software doesn´t find them.
What is my mistake.

I would be glad to answer about
happy also in German Very Happy
best regards
Chris

Dear Chris,

Please create a Status Report and send to Support (at) AFMG.eu along with a description of your problem.

To create a Status Report, please go to Start Menu > All Programs > AFMG > EASERA Systune > Tools > Create Status Report.

Best Regards

Hi Chris, your English is better than my Deutsch, so let's stay there. Very Happy

In many cases you can just reinstall the license over the existing one and it will be found again. There is a warning that you may lose your license, but as long as you are using the same Setup, AND you do NOT tell it to reset the license, then it should automagically reappear. If not, then sending the Status Report as Pedro indicated will both get you in contact with the Support Team and give them the information needed to help get you going again.
