I located the original disks, uninstalled EASE, when I insert the Program CD I get an error message that reads; "D:\ is not a valid Win32 application" Doh!!! I am now banging my head on my keyboard, I think I'll now leave for the evening, I'll be back tomorrow morning with a fresh take on things... If you have any idea in the meantime, please do not hesitate to post.

Thanks in advance,

Marc

Hi Marc,

Since you are reinstalling any way, I'd suggest that you update to the latest version and the current file structure. Please follow the instructions on our FTP site, ftp.renkus-heinz.com. You'll find them in the Software > EASE folder and the title of the file is "EASE 4.2 update_AN-EA-1U.pdf."

Hi Marc,

If you're attempting to install a program and are getting this error, verify that the CD is clean. If the CD is dirty or bad, you could get this error during the install.

You can download a new current version setup from our download portal: http://www.afmg-support.eu/AFMGDLPortal/Start.aspx

Hello,

I uninstalled the EASE 4.2.4 and EASE Guard loaded on my PC through Control Panel.

I installed the new EASE 4.3(78.6MB file) downlaoded from the AFMG download Portal and then reinstalled the EASEGUARD Program. Now when i click on the EASE4.3 Shortcut icon on my desktop it shows me some errors.. The error says - Code 75 : Path/File Access error , Run Time Error 75 : Path File Access Error and Check Components error-Main!Path File access error.

Please advise asap.

Hello Manik,

To fix the problem try the following:

Re-install EASE 4.3 and check
"Reset all installation adjustments to default values"
on the "Remove/Repair" dialog.
