| Hello again,
I had a catastrophic failure on my main computer, so I had to activate my ease5 on my spare (read "old" ) one. Then I did a lot of GLL's downloads from manufacturers since it seems they don't bother to send them to AFMG.
Now that my faster PC is running again and the EASE5 license moved again, I need to have the speaker database I built on my old one. So, where's that database and how can I copy it to my main PC?
Thanks! |

| Hello Luis,
The imported EASE 5 speakers are not saved directly in the file system as original GLL files.
You can simply copy your EASE 5 project files. When opened on the new computer, the loudspeaker data will be imported automatically.
Other needed GLL files should be reimported. |

| Thanks Frank,
So if I need a GLL to check it on the GLL viewer, where do I find it on the EASE 5 structure? |

| I know, and I have it. But I need to know where are the GLLs in order to open them with the viewer |

| Not the answer I was expecting. If I already have them on my computer, why would I need to look for them elsewhere? besides, there are many many glls that are not on your site but on manufacturer's sites so it is a drag to be looking for them.
That's ok though. That is one thing to consider in the future. I doubt it will change as filing system is something you probably have to consider from early stages in development though. |
