What is the convention for speaker sensitivity in EASE and Speaker Lab?

Is it
a) sensitivity = SPL measured at 1m at 1W
b) sensitivity = SPL measured at 1m at 2.83 V (regardless of impedance)
or
c) something completely different?

For GLLs b) is the right answer.
