| In 4.3, after running mapping and in View Calculations there is an Options page which has a check box for "Consider Noise Level" and one for "Consider Signal Masking". I assume these in some way replace the Calculation Parameter "Noise Turned On" in 4.1. I also assume the "Noise Turned On" should always be on for STI but what about Signal Masking? Page 363 of the 4.3 manual refers you to the appendix for info and then doesn't explain anything in the appendix (or at least that I can see).
Am I correct that I should have noise turned on for any meaningful results in STI calcs? and how does Signal Making checkbox affect my results?
Finally, any idea when the tutorial for 4.3 will be released?
