Software problems

I have currently installed EASERA on my laptop, but every time I start it, Windows crashes. Blue screen with this message: KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.

I have tried Windows update, physical disk check, memory check etc. I have also tried two different computers to see if this is a hardware issue, but the same error message appears on the different computers.

I'm suspecting the EASERA guard program is causing the problems, because the error appears when i start EASERAguard.

Is there anybody who can help me?

I've sent you an email about running the EASERASupWiz.exe program in the EASERAPATH folder.

Former versions of the EASERA copy protection software CrypKey can cause blue screen crashes on "older" laptops. In this case a new EASERA Guard setup which installs the latest CrypKey driver version is necessary.
