Accurate results always require the consideration of noise and masking.

Could be, that you use "Multitone/white spectrum input signal" in "Edit Room Data/Settings".
If so, use "Pink noise input signal. Broadband excitation" instead.

I only know the human speakers in the folder GlobalSpeakers\human.
Male and female speakers in different levels (norm, raised, loud, shout) in the SPK format.
