Is there any way to access the layers after importing a DXF or SPK to change a material ? is very uncomfortable having to change a material of a surface one by one.

Hi,
EASE4 does not use Layers.
To change the material of several faces, click on "Show Face Table" in the Edit Project window. Now make "Ctrl+LeftMouse" clicks on all faces to select them. If you are ready open the Tools menu, click on "Set Value To" and select "Face Material", then click OK. Now select the new material. Ready.
If you want to use the comfortable material layers, you can export the project to SKP or to DXF, put all faces on a layer with the material name and re-import the project.

Hi,
We’re not working on that at the moment but I’ll pitch it to the team and see what they think.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and we’ll be happy to help.
We will answer special questions, if you send an email to "support@afmg.eu".
