3d model import problems

Hello. I've been experiencing considerable difficulties in importing 3d sketchup models in ease jr.
When imported, the programme continues giving the message 'faces mismatch or holes in model' and doesn't fix this with the 'check holes' command.
After several tries, now the programme doesn't even open the import-export window any more.
Can anyone suggest what this might be due to and a way it could be set up?

The SKP question has been answered by our support team.

If the import-export window does not seem to open, it may be that it is hidden behind the EASEMain window, or has slid off-screen. For the first case, click on EASEMain to show the Switch To message, then select Switch To. For the second case, immediately after selecting the file menu item to open Import-Export do the following:
    Press Alt+SpaceBar
Press the 'M' key (for Move)
    Press any Arrow key
Move the mouse to drag the window back on screen
