Afternoon,

I have the very latest versions of EASE (4.3.Cool, Speakerlab (1.1.11) GLL Viewer (1.1.11) and AFMG Licence Manager (1.0.5).

I also have working, downloaded licenses for EASE and Speakerlab.

However, when i try to add a GLL speaker into my EASE model, the follow error pops up

===============
Init DLL: DLL not found
Init SPK: Could not open file!
Init GLL: GLL not found
===============

yet the same speakers work on my colleague computer as normal.

Please could anyone advise me on how to fix this?

Kev

Hello Kev,

I suspect that there is a permissions problem on your computer. Please go to the Help menu and select Create Status Report. Answer yes to the question about whether to automatically send it as an email attachment. Someone will get back to you with assistance.

I have the same problem... just upgraded to 4.3 and now a GLL doesn't work in a model (Same error as above). It worked fine prior to the upgrade, nothing else changed about my computer.

I did a status report however my computer at work is not set up to send e-mail, can you please provide an email address?

Thank you,

Kevin Zolitor

It seems that the GLL interface isn't correctly registered. First I would recommend a re-installation of EASE.
