After updating to 4.3.7 I am unable to insert numerous loudspeakers. When I try to add a loudspeaker , EASE freezes for a second and then the "Send an Error Report" pops up and then EASE gives me another pop up (below). This happens on every drawing, but not on every speaker. This didn't start happening until after the upgrade. Help!

Hi Jordan,

Well, I can use the EAW CP621 with no problems. I'd first try doing a Data Only reinstall, if that doesn't resolve the problem please create a status report and e-mail it to me along with a packed copy of the problem project.

Here's how to create an EASE status report:

1) Start EASE and select Help > Create Status Report, save the report to your desktop.
2) When it offers to "Mail information automatically to ADA now?" click no.
3) Please attach the file, Ease40Info.zip to an e-mail back to me.

To pack a project, first, be sure to check data (F5) and then from the EASE Main, select File > Pack Project. Accept the defaults and the packed project will be zipped and saved to the project folder in a sub folder called archive. Just e-mail me the .zip file.

This was a bug that has been solved in the latest download posted on October 9th to the AFMG Download Portal. It is version 4.3.8.
