Extra lines during import

Hello! I'm currently having a problem with importing a .dxf over to EASE. When initially importing the project over to EASE, the .dxf looks fine in the Import & Export preview window. However, when saved as a project and opened, extra lines and faces that criss-cross other faces appear despite not having shown up in the preview window, causing face surface errors.

What the import is supposed to look like and what shows up in the preview window: http://imgur.com/6gyUT4R

What the import looks like when the project is opened up into EASE: http://imgur.com/a/OlV8d

I have tried toggling different settings when importing, such as choosing Waste Outside Faces or Collect Scattered Faces, using explode lines on the import in AutoCAD, and saving the project as an AutoCAD 2018 or 2000 .dxf, but none of these options prevent this from happening.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Evan,

did you select the correct unit? (Which length is 1 in dxf?)
Did you try to increase the "Flat Plane Tolerance"?
If you send the dxf to <support> we will check the file.
