Hello,
Recently I have been playing around with simulations of sound absorbing constructions with so called woodwool. I have measurement data for Heradesign's material, and trying to simulate a known and already measured construction with the data from SoundFlow, gives very low absorption. This is not corrsponding to measurement results, available from tha manufacturer.
Does anyone have more reliable flow resistance of this material? Possibly measured from a sample.
Thanks in advance!

Hello hristev,

Is this what you are after?

We also have a similar product in Australia called Woodtex - which I have some basic acoustic data. Let me know if this is similar and I can send you the absorb data I have here. Have a look at this website for more information:

Hi Tim,
And thanks for the reply! This is the type of material that I am referring to. The flow resistance is what I am looking for, since it allows a wide variety of simulations to be done in SoundFlow. It will be usefull if you have measurments of it.
Best.
