Hi Guys,
I've been running Systune on myVista laptop without issues using a M-Audio mobile pre. I don't know what happend, but when I go into Congifure-Select Device, right away Systune stops working and shuts down. I unistalled everything including the M-Audio drivers, Systune and even re-uploaded my license. After letting it stay uninstalled for a while, I re-installed Systune but not the M-audio stuff. Still the same problem. Anyone have any ideas what could possibly be happening?
Thanks,
Eric

Hello Eric,

Can you please send a Status Report to support (at) afmg.eu to check the problem (along with a description of the problem)? To obtain the report execute "Create Status Report" from Systune Help menu. Or from the Start Menu -> AFMG -> EASERA Systune -> Tools -> Create Status Report.

Having the same issue (Program crashing on Configure/Select Device) when using an RME MADIFace.

I will e-mail the report as well.

Eric and Andy,

You should also try starting with the default audio driver. In the Windows Start Menu you will find this under AFMG | EASERA SysTune called EASERA SysTune (use default audio).

Hi Bruce,
Sorry for not being here in a while. I did a Reg clean and installed the demo. I thought everything was fixed. But when I installed the full program, I still get the crash BUT the demo works. The demo is an earlier version. I tried what you said, but it still crashes when selecting a device other than default.

Hi Eric,

Please follow Pedro's instructions above again, and send the Status Report. Someone from our support team will respond back to you.

Thank you

Support nailed it. It was the Digidesign ASIO driver. It's all good now, thanks everyone!

Eric - any chance you could send a note as to what they did to fix?

I'm having the exact same issue - also were you able to use Systune and your Digidesign unit to coexist on the same machine?

Thanks
