I am new in the speaker construction , and kind of fresh user on EASE as well, but I need to insert a line array in my project, so I followed the instructions to build clusters, I chose the speaker, duplicated it as needed keeping appropriate vertical distance between each other.checked the levels all to max and add some splay to the array according,when recomputing the cluster got a "zero impedance" message on every freq., then I noticed that no balloon was created, then when saving it and using the new speaker in my project I got this message" run time error"9", subscription out of range", after pressing OK , it closed the edit room module by itself.I am doing something wrong?, the speaker is an RCF NXL23-A and I needed to do an array of 8.

Do not use a Cluster for this purpose, as it assumes a far-field behavior that is not likely to be valid.

so the option is using the array of speakers as isolated speakers, but at the proper array distance each other?, is this the most realistic behaviour ?

Yes, although it is difficult to get right, as you have to figure it all out. It's much better if the manufacturer provides either a DLL or GLL Loudspealer Library that encapsulates all of the physical parameters and data, allowing you to choose from the available options.
