Has anybody had this error before. I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am meant to do to fix this. Everything in the model looks right. I know which face it is that has the problem but not sure what I should be looking for? It opens up the "edit face properties" box automatically.

Any help or paths of possible fixes much appreciated

Hi,

Have you got any error messages? For example, "Same Vertices Inserted"?

Please take a look at the pages 65-67 of the the tutorial below, made by Renkus-Heinz:

http://www.renkus-heinz.com/support/software-support/ease_support/tutorials/tutorials.html

It covers some common mistakes whenever constructing a model.

HTH,

Hi, I have the same problem. And I've look through and tried the suggestion in tutorial page 65-67 as you mention. But I can't seem to find the fix for this problem. Please reply, as I need to finish my modelling by this friday.

Dear user,

Could you send me your project so as I can give you some hints? I'll try to take a look at it as soon as possible but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do it by friday, as I will be out of town, ok?

Beforing sending it, please pack the project via EASE Main window > File menu > Pack project. Send the packed project to Pedro.Lima@AFMG.eu

Other than that, have you take a look on the chapter 3 of the tutorial? It is thoughtfully made and covers all the details on how to build a model.

It's okay after checking through each vertices for the face, the problems are one wrongly plotted vertex and a face with a vertex in the middle. Embarassed

Anyway thanks for the offer.

Regards.
