Hello,

At the company i work for we have Easera Systune.
And we are using Iris-Net from electrovoice for controlling our system.(x-array)

With the new version of Systune where we can start Iris-Net from the plug-in menu we are having a problem.
When i start Iris-Net Systune crashs.

We are running on windows vista sp2. I've already tried to instal Iris-Net into another folder, because vista normaly intals it to Programdata.
But that make no difference.

Is there someone how has the same issues?
Or do you now how to solve the problem.
Please let me know.

Sorry for my bad english.(i'm Dutch)

Hi, Nathan

I believe the issue you are having is related to a feedback issue from the plug-in. We are working to fix this issue and will have a patched release for IRIS-Net in the next few weeks.

In the meantime, here is how to resolve the issue. When you launch the IRIS-Net plug-in, SysTune is looking for a response from IRIS-Net and will appear to hang until it gets this. To resolve the issue, immediately open a window from IRIS-Net into SysTune, and it will begin to respond again and work fine.

If this does not solve the issue, or if you have other problems, please let me know.

If you are an Administrator on XP, then it would work differently than Vista in it's normal mode.

Ohh, and your English is much better than my Dutch, so thank you for using English. Wink
