Hi Chris,
An .xglc file is a configuration file that is used by a GLL. A GLL is not created from an .xglc file. You will need to obtain the GLL for which the .xglc is intended to be used.

There does seem to be disagreement between the graphed distortion in EASERA and the exported spectrum of the distortion. I'll forward this to support in Berlin for them to look into it.
